Photoshop Jack Layton Style

Have a look at Rick Mercer's Blog.

Mercer hosted a photoshop contest. The contestants had to manipulate a picture Mercer selected, which happened to be of Jack Layton in one of his leadership poses.

A few contestants cropped some funny and impressive prints - like the one posted here for your viewing enjoyment.

Looks like someone pasted Jacko's lip piece onto Batman's mug there (must've taken the cue from that cool Conservative ad starring Mr. Layton's pet caterpillar). And then replaced the fake muscles with a skinny Canadian communist politician's suit and tie.

I'm going to have to eventually learn how to use Photoshop myself. Just imagine the possiblilities! It's a wonderful tool for making fun of people who deserve it. I do feel guilty for being a picture hack and simply posting funny pictures I find hither and yon. Perhaps I'll start taking pictures of bugs on the ground and pasting peoples' faces over the bugs' faces or something when the people have been bad... yep, my digicam has the close up macro function and can capture flies' faces brilliantly, so I might as well put the thing to good use as it wasn't exactly dirt-cheap...

I looked at all the Photoshop pics on Mercer's site. For an annoying little brillo-headed twit of a leftist, he's pretty funny indeed.

The best, imho, is the one with the Three Stooges. Harper's perfect for the role of Moe, as Moe's the smartest of the bunch and has a simple haircut also. The other two are the imbeciles, so no wonder Harper just had to slam their noggins together in the recent election.

As for the one of Jacko at the party, that kinda looks like a still from "Shane's World: Campus Invasion", with Ron Jeremy in it (not in that particular picture, though). Personally I didn't see that one, but I saw the one with Belladonna in it. Heh-heh.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about in the above paragraph, there's Google and Yahoo!... might not be safe for work, though, so beware! ;-)

Just being a little silly here. Kinda hard to be serious and angry following a weekend of celebrating our Conservative victory! What a relief that the bastards were bounced from the saloon! They really made a hell of a mess and bothered the patrons who were just trying to mind their own business and follow the rules for having a good time without pissing off everyone else...

Now you just have to share the vision with others on the East Coast.

Yeah... love to, but easier said than done. To do it quickly would mean taking over the MSM or something like that. Too many folks still don't have internet access or don't know how to use computers or don't care to get informed. It's going to take time for those who do care to come around to the truth. They still believe the MSM's nonsense and haven't even heard of blogs...

I do what I can. Blog and all that. And support the federal Tories. Changing Ottawa will help change the Maritimes. That's my contention, as it was Ottawa that initially made the economic mess of the region we're in now.

I think more people will come around to the Tories in the future. It just takes a while. Can't force 'em.
