Carolyn Parrish School for Dimwits?

Now here is a good way to cut down on the amount of tourism dollars spent in Toronto every year.

Leave it to idiots like these in GTA to embarass us. WTF is wrong with you kool-aiders?? You don't have any problems listening to American music, drinking their soda (Coke/Pepsi), eating their snacks (Lays/McDonald's), watching their movies/tv shows, but I guess if they come to visit, you spit on their property and give them the finger. Talk about the height of hypocrisy and chutzpah. You all need a swift kick in the arse for being so obtuse.

My American friends you must understand. These jerks obviously graduated from the GTA School for Dimwits where corpulent Carilyn Parrish teaches. They do NOT speak for me!

I say to all my American friends - you are WELCOME in ALBERTA anytime!

I'm American and I have no problem with Carrolyn Parrish speaking her mind. Its called freedom of speech.
Your post sounds like you think America speaks with one conservative, southern voice.

That's not at all the point laphroaig0003. The point with Parrish is that no representative of our government should slag the entire American nation. That is bigotry by any definition; and no, not everyone is entitled to their opinion when elected. We expect some decorum of our reps.

Second, since when is being rude and vulgar to someone, simply because they are from a particular country, commendable behavior? Again, that is bigotry by any definition. Doesn't matter who dishes it out.

I appreciate your welcome and thank you for it. And you are welcome here in Pennsylvania too, even though we have a liberal governor, sigh.....
Manners and social graces know no borders, sadly, neither do ill mannered pieces of ......
I have loved the thought of Canada since I was a child and have been comforted to have such a great country on our border.
I've heard there are approx. 1/2 Million Americans living in Alberta, is that correct? Is that a problem or are they behaving?

Not only are they welcome here Paul, but I have worked side by side with them almost all my working years in Calgary. I have also had the priviledge of working with folks from Scotland, England, India, Jamaica, Phillipines, gosh, more than I can think of really.

I don't equate stomping on dolls and calling American's bastards by an elected representative with good manners. Debris Trail hit the nail on the head and I won't repeat the message twice.

You think horking on people's cars and strapping condoms onto windshields is funny I bet.

I, too, am a Pennsylvanian. Thank God for a Republican legislature to counteract our governor, who believes his job consists of:
1. Eating copious quantities of Philly cheesesteaks.
2. Doing post-game commentary after Philadelphia Eagles NFL games.
3. Having his state trooper chauffeurs driving 100 mph (not kph, mph - for my Canadian friends) while rushing him between cheesesteak appointments and post-game appearances.
At some point, once I'm no longer worrying about paying tuitions, I full well intend to visit what I hope might be the Republic of Alberta. Appreciate the offer.

Well you gotta give him credit for at least eating Philly cheesesteaks. It could be worse, he could be eating New York Cheesecake or something.. lol
